Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Word Genie! mobile application (the "Service"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Subscriptions & Purchases

The "Pro" version of the Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, semi-annually, or annually).

  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Payments: All payments are processed securely through Apple's or Google's in-app purchase platform. We do not collect or store your payment information.

3. User-Generated Content

You can create and upload content, including custom decks, text, and images ("User Content"). You retain full ownership of your User Content. By creating it within the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.

You agree not to post User Content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise harmful. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

4. License to Use the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Word Genie! application for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall Word Genie! be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App or on our website. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
